As an adult, I am a Human Resources Professional with degrees in Human Resources, Computer Systems Information, Project Management and Managerial Communication.

First, I need to understand what the student needs assistance with and where they are at in their education/class. Then, I will discuss with them the assignment and how to help them meet those requirements.
