I am a recent Ph.D. graduate from the University of North Texas. During my school career, I have taught/tutored for university math classes for over 8 years. I've taught/tutored for College Algebra, Precalculus, Trigonometry, Calculus I and II, Multivariate Calculus, Discrete Math, and Differential Equations. While I specialize in unversity/college level course, I have also worked with high school students working on AP classes and on-level Precalculus/Trigonometry classes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically like to ask students to show me how they work on some of the problems they are having issues with to get a good grasp of their level. Then we'll try working through the problems together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors and a Masters in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of North Texas. I have been teaching/tutoring university students for over 8 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I typically charge between $60 and $75 an hour depending on the level of difficulty of the class and the level of the student.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching while working on my Masters degree and discovered that I have a passion for teaching and helping students learn and grow.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have mostly worked with college students at various levels, however I have worked with a few high school students studying for standardized tests and AP exams.
