Mr. Murat has been an outstanding teacher, consistently demonstrating a wide range of knowledge across all topics we have studied. They not only understand the subject deeply but also know how to communicate it in a clear, effective, and engaging way. Complex concepts that once seemed intimidating are now much more approachable thanks to their ability to break them down into simple steps. Their patience and encouragement have made learning math enjoyable and motivating. This was my first experience with a private tutor, and I did not know what to expect. I approached her about a month into my college Algebra class, on the verge of dropping the class. Being away from the classroom for many years, combined with a general distaste for "all things math" resulted in total frustration with this class and instructor. On our first visit, Diana assisted me in setting clear expectations for both the class and her services, and supported me academically and emotionally throughout the process. Her patience and calmly influence were critical to my continuing with this class. She explained problems in terms I could understand, and was pro-active in addressing issues I faced. She repeatedly addressed my weak points, with seemingly endless patience. Without her assistance, I would have dropped the class; with her assistance and support, I was able to achieve a B. My only regret is in waiting a month to contact her; I could not recommend her more strongly!
