Alicia Hunter High School English Tutor

I became a writing workshop teacher and taught other teachers how to incorporate writing into all things English. I really focused on various forms of writing, and also the writing needed to pass the standardized tests needed to graduate. I love to read and discuss literature. I work primarily with 8th-12th grade students.

While teaching in the classroom, I wanted to give each student more attention than I was able to give with increasing class sizes. Tutoring one-on-one or in small groups helps me to give the attention to help students to unlock the amazing world of the written word!
