What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First I'd like to have a short zoom meeting to understand the needs of the students and see what is the best way to teach them or help them out. After we meet each other online I will come up with a plan and tell them how I will like to proceed for the tutoring sessions

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a bilingual engineering with teaching experience with kids all ages and teenagers. I have been tutoring for over 5 years in Colombia, Michigan y Texas.
I have more than 10 years of experience with math and Excel and over 5 with languages .

For language tutoring $25 per hour and Math and Excel $35 per hour

How did you get started teaching?

I started working in a kindergarten and ever since I knew I wanted to keep teaching and expanding my options. I was a tutor in college and then here in USA

I have been working with young kids, teenagers and college kids.

I work for Apple and I started training within my job.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would tell my student that I can help him/her to find a teacher in the area of expertise because I know a lot of people that can help. Also I will advice to ask the teacher to give them a 20-30 min consultation to see if it will be a great fit for them
