Luke's Learning

I graduated with a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Austin. During this time I earned my teaching certificate through the UTeach program offered for S.T.E.M. majors, learning about the curiosity and exploration needed for a brain to learn and understand new topics. After graduation, I taught high school Biology at Glenn High School in Leander ISD for two years. Now I am pursuing a profession in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and am currently earning my Master's degree in Data Science.

Despite shifting careers I still find immense joy in helping others reach that “Oooh, I understand now!” moment. With a background in neuroscience, I understand how the brain learns, and always stay up to date on the newest tricks and techniques for memorization and understanding. Lastly, after teaching a public high school science class, I know that everyone has their own motivations and attention spans for learning, so let's work together to find your own unique, personalized learning strategy.
