Excel Tutoring

I graduated last year with a B.S. in Neuroscience, and alongside my passion for Neurophysiology, Pyschology, and Biology, I am passionate about teaching! I was a Camp Counsleor and Director at a local summer camp where we got the oppurtunity to teach classes on topics ranging from basic science, math, history to robotics and computer software. I have extensive experience with one-on-one tutoring and have developed an amazing learning guide that can be molded to fit each students unique learning needs! This guide will help us to create the best study plan for each student and to get them to reach their learning goals as efficiently and effectively as possible!

I have always had a passion for math and find that the skills you use when solving complicated formulas can be applied to many different areas of your life. As a neuroscience major, I know that improving skills in one area of interest will better your overall performance in other areas of life as well! I love to share my knowledge and to help students fall in love with learning. An education is a powerful tool and the more you know, the more you can accomplish and grow! I am passionate about my education and I learn something new every single day. I love being able to share that with my students!

With this one-on-one tutoring, I am able to assess each students needs and help them to set their own unique, personal learning goals. Then we create a plan to get them there! Learning about each students interests and educational goals will help me to guide them in finding the best path to get there. Seeing each student grow and accomplish the things that they want is the greatest reward!
