My passion is to help students be successful in school. I have 19 years experience teaching English/Reading. I currently teach 10th grade English in Garland, TX. I have tutored for the past 4 years in Garland, TX.

I have worked as a bilingual speech-language pathologist who works with children and adults for over 20 years so I am available for private therapy sessions as well. I also have experience teaching Spanish and English as a second language to children and adults. I am comfortable teaching children and adults of all ages. I truly care about improving the lives of my students.

It’s a passion to help. It comes from within and not just a job. I have helped so many people such as friends and family. So I decided to turn this into something great. What if someone is in need out there. I will be their saviour.

In my 24th year of teaching, I have been blessed to have worked with so many kiddos spanning 4 different countries. I love literature and the writing process and all things English. I struggled terribly in school but found a ton of hidden gems in learning once I came to understand the power of education, and I still thirst for any opportunity to help someone find their true potential!
