Back 'in the day' I was an A student in mathmatics. In college I did 4 semesters of calclus plus other mathmatical courses (but that was a long time ago). I worked in electrical engineer for many years and then was in publishing. I have always felt that the reasons for the problems many students have with calculus is due to the lack of a firm foundation in Algebra an trigonometry and I would like, primarily to address this deficit.

As a current UTRGV graduate mathematics student with 5+ years of tutoring by word by mouth or mutuals by mutuals. With the knowledge of secondary school and college level mathematics still fresh in my head. I have worked variety from 7th graders to college level sophomores. I will get to know the students weakness and strengths and help them focus on their om what they are weak while still learning on what they are strong at. My full time job is working as a Special Education Resource teacher. So I work with a range of students 1st -5th grade with disabilities such as learning disabilities, ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities & Dyslexia.
