With over 17 years of experience in education, we have helped students of all ages reach there academic goals. Our lead tutor, Dr. Renata is a certified teacher with a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction. Our team has much success helping students gain fluency in both English and Spanish. We specialize in improving reading and writing skills in both languages. In addition, we have had a very high success rate with preparing students to enter the top private schools, boarding schools, and universities in the nation. We love working with students and parents directly and look forward to the opportunity to be able to help you achieve your goals.

I hired Dr. Renata to tutor my son in reading. She was able to quickly assess that my son has a photographic memory. His memory of words creates a tricky situation when teaching phonics. Dr. Renata was able to assign him gibberish words which forces him to sound each word out. My son has improved tremendously within the month that she has been working with him. Im so excited to see how well he is developing! Dr. Renata connects with him in a way that I find fascinating! Hes excited to learn and looks forward to seeing her every week. Shes an excellent and knowledgeable tutor! We are so lucky to have found her.

The effects of education and covid were extremely apparent in my son. Missing a year of learning (pk4) put a gap in his foundation. When he returned to school (kinder) he fell behind. Now we are in 1st grade, and his lack of confidence in the classroom translated into behavioral issues. Not willing to participate because he didnt have the skills to .
I knew I had to be proactive and make a change. That is when I found PreK2PhD.
Dr. Renata has singlehandedly changed the course of our life. She broke down his foundation, found the gaps, and built them back up so strongly! Within the first 2 weeks, I noticed emmence growth in my son. His reading skills sky rocketed! He went from avoiding reading to wanting to read and spell out everything he sees! Billboards, road signs, BOOKS. !! His teachers have been shocked by how much he has improved so quickly. They only communicate positive things now!!
