I am a high school teacher with nineteen years experience. I have taught all levels from grade 7 to grade 12. My expertise is in English, especially writing. I have a somewhat flexible schedule outside of my daytime commitments.
I love helping others find their voice and gain confidence in both their understanding of ideas and their expression of them.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students should contact me via email to arrange an initial interview. If the interview works out for both parties, then we can schedule regular tutotial sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors degree in English from the University of Houston and nineteen years experience as a professional educator. I am certified by the State of Texas to teach English, Social Studies, Speech/Debate, and Theatre Arts.
