Ampersand English

Ampersand English provides individualized literacy and dyslexia support through structured, skill-based instruction. My background includes a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and TESOL and nearly a decade of experience as a teacher, reading clinician, and private instructor. Lessons are supportive, purposeful, and adapted to each student’s needs. Instruction identifies gaps in foundational skills and builds systematically from phonics to syllables, words, sentences, and connected reading. As a dyslexic myself, I understand how discouraging reading difficulties can be and work to give students a clearer path toward stronger skills, less strain, and greater confidence.
