What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Step 1: Evaluate
At TutorVille, we create a customized plan specifically for your student. We evaluate personality, academic needs, schedule and any other considerations to create an individual plan that will lead to academic, emotional and social success.
Step 2: Match
Once we get to know your student and put together their comprehensive and customized plan, we will match them with the tutor who will provide the most value based on expertise, personality and experience. If our tutor isn’t a perfect match for your student, we will match them with a new tutor who is. Our goal is to give your student the best learning experience possible.
Step 3: Tutor
We offer tutoring for the full range of academic subjects, as well as extracurriculars and any other needs. If your student’s academic needs evolve, our tutors evolve along with you and provide additional support across all subjects.
Step 4: Mentor
We focus on our students in a holistic manner, offering support across academic, emotional and social needs. Our specialty is taking a student throughout the life cycle of education, evolving as they do, from Pre-K to 12th grade and beyond. We are constantly assessing not only where the student is — but where they are going, so we can stay ahead of what is needed to maintain success.
