Math Beyond Excellence Tutoring

I am passionate about mathematics learning. This passion led me to write 6th grade Math books and become successful math teacher. I love making math easier by exploring different ways to make my students have a strong foundation in the development of a clear conceptual understanding ranging from concrete to the most abstract strategies. This by far have made me stand out as a teacher and produce hig STAAR results. For these reason, I was pulled out from the classroom and become a Math instructional coach that works with teachers in the district become effective Math teachers through mentoring and giving mathematics teaching trainings. I also conduct STAAR Math and science boot camps in our school district. I have been in the field of education for More 23 years serving in different capacities as a teacher and administrator for k-8th grade. I look forward to helping other students become more successful in developing the love for Math.
