About
Hi, my name is Anish!
Preparing for medical school is tough — from crafting your personal statement and writing TMDSAS/AMCAS activity descriptions to conquering the MCAT, the process can be overwhelming and exhausting. As someone who has successfully navigated this journey, I understand the pressure firsthand. That’s why I’m here to offer my support as an admissions advisor, application editor, and academic tutor to help you reach your goals.
I graduated summa cum laude in just 3.5 years from Texas A&M University with a 3.98 GPA and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences, along with a research certification in the same field. I was accepted into the John Sealy School of Medicine at UTMB during my first and only cycle and will be pursuing an MD/MBA under the UTMB Health Science System. I’m excited to help you refine your essays, secondaries, and activities to build a cohesive, standout application that resonates with admissions committees.
Beyond advising, I have over two years of tutoring experience across a range of subjects — from AP exams and college-level math and science to essay writing and standardized test prep. I specialize in helping students succeed on the SAT, ACT, and MCAT through proven, strategy-based methods that boost efficiency and performance. I truly believe in repetition through application-based practice questions. I am able to personalize hundreds of questions for each of my students, hitting their weak points and turning them into their strengths, helping you achieve dramatic score improvements.
I look forward to helping you succeed in medicine — or whichever path you choose to pursue!
