About
Huntington Learning Center in Mansfield is located between the intersection of Debbie Lane and Matlock and Debbie Lane and Walnut Creek. We are so proud to serve the communities of Mansfield and surrounding areas (portions of Grand Prairie, South Arlington, Burleson, and Cedar Hill) for over 10 years to provide the best education possible for our children.
The majority of our students and staff are a part of Mansfield ISD that has over 40 schools. Huntington staff consists of teachers and educators who love what they do and work hard to change children's lives. Here at Huntington, we strive to provide excellent service to our parents and the best learning experience for our students. We hope to continue to serve this thriving and well-established city/community for a long time to come.
We consistently participate in our community and career related events to show our support, to share our expertise when needed, and to bring awareness about our individualized programs at Huntington. We also offer free presentations for parents on various education-related topics such as Homework Tips for Parents and Summer Learning.
Our personalized programs not only teach academic skills, but also bring confidence and motivation to be successful in school.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we set up a date to conduct an intensive evaluation. Each child is different and therefore, the program they need is determined by the evaluation results. We also work with students who need exam prep for ACT, SAT, ASVAB and ISEE. Need help with one particular subject? Set up a consult to learn about our subject tutoring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tutors have degrees from four-year colleges, plus either state or Huntington certification. Centers are accredited by either Middle States Association or Western Association of Schools and Colleges – the same organizations that accredit the vast majority of U.S. schools.

How did you get started teaching?
First in the industry, Huntington has the longest track record of helping students achieve academic success and boost their confidence... we’ve been successfully helping kids learn for nearly four decades. Our mission to give every student the best education possible has been our mantra since the beginning, and we love to see students realize “I can” when it comes to school success. Named after the family that started it all, Huntington continues to be a family-owned company with its executives deeply involved in the day-to-day aspects of the business.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Since tutors can be tremendously influential in your child’s life – and the life of everyone in the family – pick with care. Seek an individual or organization – such as Huntington – that devotes full-time to tutoring students. Check the recommendations of others. See website for our glowing recommendations.
