I started to learn how to program at the age of 12. I've been working in the field for a little over 4 years now. I love helping people discover the same passion I have for code. I have experience with graphical computing, micro service development and currently improving my skills when it comes to AI.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With a new student I will typically have a conversation with them and try to determine what level they are at and what areas they struggle in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I wen't to college for 2 years under a computer science degree, I have been coding since I was 12 and I have 4 years work experience with mostly c++, PHP and Golang.

I typically do per hour sessions. At $30 an hour
How did you get started teaching?
I went into college with a good understanding already so I got started when a couple close friends of mine where struggling in the same classes. Since than I have taken every opportunity I have gotten to help someone learn.
What types of students have you worked with?
I mostly have worked with 1st and 2nd year computer science students, I have also worked with some physic majors and high school students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I have been working on a chess engine in c++ and it managed to draw it's first game against stockfish(one of the strongest engines in the world) a couple days ago.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone you can get along with and can work around your schedule.
