Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services of North Fort Worth provides 1:1, tailored tutoring, in the students home (or virtually if that is preferred). By collaborating with the student, parents/guardians, and student teacher(s), we are able to create an individual tutoring plan focusing on each students needs . From Pre-K to Adult college courses, we cover all subjects. We also provide SAT and ACT Test prep.

We truly enjoy this field because we are able to expertly pair students and tutors based on individual needs, likes, and areas the student is struggling in. Watching children become more academically confident, especially after so many children have fallen behind the past few years, is incredible. We pride ourselves on being able to learn about each student and hand pick the best tutor to help them fulfill their academic goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a student or their parent/guardian contacts us for help, we first learn about what the student is struggling with and discuss current and past grades in the subject areas they are looking for tutoring. Our goal is to understand which concepts the student needs help, understand how past or current tutoring has or hasn't helped, and discuss goals for tutoring with Club Z!
Next, we match the student with a tutor who has experience tutoring or teaching in the subject(s) the student needs assistance with.
Finally, once they are matched, sessions start and we are in constant contact with the parents/guardians and tutor to ensure the match is working well and that goals are being met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Club Z! is a Franchise which has been around for over 25 years and has over 300 locations throughout the US and Canada. There is a very extensive training program each Area Director goes through and multiple channels of support.
Additionally, Sara taught private Kindergarten for two years, has worked with children in a Pre-K setting, and was a "Big" Sister and mentor through the Big Brother and Big Sister program.

Yes, we do. Our current pricing is as follows:
Pre-K and Elementary School Hourly Tutoring Rate: $49
Middle and High School, Adult, and College Hourly Tutoring Rate: $55
ACT/SAT Test Prep Hourly Rate: $65
What types of students have you worked with?
Currently, we have students in Elementary, Middle, and High School. We have tutors available to help with SAT/ACT test prep as well as various college level courses.
