I also obtained my Biliterate Certificate. Spanish is my first language and I hope to be able to help others learn this beautiful language.

I ask the student where they are with their Spanish and what they want or need to work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at the admissions office at the university I recently graduated from as a tour guide. My job was to inform the student and parent about campus, student life, and answer the questions they would ask me.
