As a 7-year veteran educator in ELA and Speech Therapy, I have become well-versed in the subject area of English Language Arts and STAAR test preparation. I am certified in ELA (7-12) and ESL. I am also a licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. Recently, I was recognized by the Texas Agency of Education as a "Master Teacher"; the highest level of recognition. In my current district, I am known for producing some of the highest test scores and student growth. I believe in a balance between traditional hands-on learning and non-traditional kinesthetic learning.
