Hi I'm Pranav and I'm a senior at Rice University! Through academic competitions and tutoring organizations in high school, I have gained experience for in-depth concepts in math, science, and writing. I enjoy explaining difficult concepts from these subjects through simple examples and practice problems. As a tutor, I can help you find easy ways of learning difficult material. I get very excited whenever students are able to understand concepts that they once thought they wouldn't be able to get. I also love the creativity involved in providing simple explanations for difficult concepts that are unique to each student.

Pranav is a fantastic tutor! The first time I contacted him we asked him to help my son with writing. My son had written his college essay and wanted Pranav to proofread it and offer suggestions on how to make it stronger. Pranav was positive and encouraging while pointing out the areas of my son’s paper that needed stronger wording and clearer examples. Since then, my son has asked Pranav for advice on how to improve other papers also. He finds this quite valuable and, after Pranav’s feedback his papers are always much stronger.
My son is a freshman in college now and struggled a bit with his Finite Math class. We were excited to find out that Pranav could help with this also. He was able to explain the content in a way that was easier for my son to understand. When my son was very sick and unable to go to class, Pranav was able to look at the text book and teach the math to him in order to keep my son from getting behind. I highly recommend Pranav. He truly wants to help the students he works with.
