I thought I was horrible at math and hated it so much until 10th grade when I realized I was actually awesome at it. The teacher I had at the time I hated so much, but she is why my outlook on math changed and I ultimately went in the direction I did. The person, whether teacher or tutor, makes all the difference. When we hate a subject we convince ourselves we can't do it and avoid studying it.

Then I ended up becoming a Biomolecular Engineer with minors in Math and Chemistry.

I spent a lot of time in University researching different study methods to find the most effective and I have mastered one that can be used for any subject at any level. I wish someone had taught me at a much earlier age. I'm excited to share those skills and my enthusiasim toward the subject so that they can be excited as well as a sense of accomplishment that makes them want the sessions to never end.
