About
I have always been an avid learner since I was a child. I was super hyper and it was always hard to pay attention in class because it was easy and made me bored. By incorporating fun things in the learning environment such as yoga balls, snacks, games, as well as videos, young hyperactive kids can learn and be more engaged. I am the oldest of four girls which has always made me very mature and unerstanding towards younger kids. It started off as helping them with homework and then it ventured off into some of my neighbors and has soared from there. With me being a student athlete at the University of Houston, (track) I am able to make connections between all ethnicites. I am currently in Rotc there as well so I excel in teaching critcal thinking skills.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The very first step to teaching a student is talking to them and learning about them. By their likes and dislikes I will be able to create sessions customized to fit them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Military Science minor who is training to be an officer in the military. I will be able to teach your child critical learning skills that can be used beyond school.
I am currently at the University of Houston with a 3.6 GPA while handling track, school, work, and Rotc. This shows that I am very organized and will be able to teach your child good time management skills.
