What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Student will receive a preassessment so I may gauge his/her proficiency in middle school or high school.
2. I will use student's school work to assess his/her skills, strengths, and weaknesses.

How did you get started teaching?
I substituted a year in SBISD to get my experience working with elementary and middle school students. Additionally, I student taught at Northbrook High School for 1/2 year to gain the knowledge and understanding of high school expectations and policies.
