I believe that all students can learn and have different learning styles. It’s important for me to develop a good relationship with my students so they can feel comfortable, but most importantly, stress impedes learning.

How do I do an excellent a job for my students?

Getting to know them, their learning styles, how and when they would like for me to provide feeedback, and teach content in the right progression. Assigning homework so students can practice their learned skills is also very important.
