June Helps!
About
As a visual learner myself, I understand the importance of explaining topics thoroughly and breaking them down for better understanding. I never assume that someone will understand, but rather enjoy walking a person through a topic and constructing a concept from the bottom. In addition, just as much as I enjoy teaching and helping others out, I enjoy learning as well so let us learn from each other!
Working with others is a big passion of mine and I enjoy helping anyone excel in any way I can. I hope to be understanding and attentive as a tutor and assist other students to overcome hurdles that I face as a college student as well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I will determine exactly what subject/topic needs to be addressed and lay a framework for how we can approach each subject over a certain time period.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a senior pre-med Biology major, minoring in chemistry at Texas Woman's University, I have taken all lower-level biology courses (BIOL I & II) as well as most upper-level courses (biochemistry) and other related courses (medical physiology, microbiology, and molecular cell biology).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Due to being relatively new at tutoring professionally, I will charge 15$/hr.
