We have had a great experience with Josh so far. He really connects with my son, keeps him on track when his mind wanders, and really boosts his confidence. My son's mood is different at school and I know it's due to the confidence he's getting with the extra practice with Josh.

We just moved to the US from Korea and the change has been very tough for my kids. They are not familiar with the US school system and falling behind. I saw their confidence draining. But all of that changed when SoFlo came into the picture. To start, they gave a free assessment so they could figure out where my children were struggling. Ms. Cross is patient and explains thoroughly. She takes the time to make sure I understand every step. I was not as confident when I started and I was worried about not being prepared for the state exam. Once I completed my 3 week session, I left fully understanding all the material I should have learned during the year with my regular teacher. Ms. Cross has helped me so much! I passed my math state exam, almost mastering it and I ended the year with an A! I could not have done it without Ms. Cross helping me understand and build my confidence. I cannot wait to start prepping in July for my upcoming Freshman year!

From the initial customer service call in understanding our options, finding the right tutor for my son, the immediate placement and flexible of our schedule. They did a great job. Excellent teacher! My son is a student of his that started off pretty rough… my son has Dyslexia and other disabilities, he worked very hard with my son. He has a lot of patients and will work extra with your kiddo! He did amazing work with mine and now he is doing amazing! Mr. Washerman is one of a kind! Would love to have more teachers like him! He truly cares about his students! I’m hoping he remains his teacher for the upcoming school year!
