STEM Success DFW

Bilal Khan has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and has been tutoring in the DFW area over the past 15 years. He has helped students of all ages from elementary school to college level students focusing on STEM subjects such as basic mathematics, Algebra, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, and more. Bilal enjoys bringing a more hands-on understanding to topics using real-life applications and examples to help convey topics.

Bilal is currently adjunct faculty at Tarrant County College teaching Physics, has 8 years of experience in research, and has over 10 years of experience in industry. He enjoys taking topics and relating them back to his experience in order to make classes more enjoyable, relatable, and applicable. Many students of improved their grades or gotten ahead with Bilal's help.

Due to the increasing need for STEM education, Bilal has created a tutoring company called STEM Success DFW. This allows for 1-on-1 tutoring (in-person or online) and group setting sessions. It is important that STEM concepts are understood early, as they accumulate over time.My services are meant to help students understand math and science better. I have been tutoring for over 10 years from grade school through college level students. My teaching style changes based on the student. I want my students to be able understand the concepts and be able to implement them. I have a PhD in engineering, and I am able to relate why concepts are in important and how they are implemented in research and industry. At the end, my goal is that a student is confident enough to no longer require my services.

I really enjoy seeing students excel. The progress a student makes over time is wonderful to see. Some of my previous student have gone to get PhDs, medical, and into business. Some of my previous students now know the math and science fields better than I do. I am glad to have been there to help them and I look forward to helping future students.
