I'm working in a project, that project is going to be an innovation, education is the same since I remember, it is time for innovation, working with students is going to give me more ideas about my project, I have experience teaching English as a second language, and Spanish too, the students are motivation for me, if the students are bored in class, it is motivation for me to looking for something better and innovation is important to see the students more encouraged to study and to achieve their goals, another motivation for me, on the other hand is when the student or the students are so motivated and they are so encouraged to learn, so, both situations are good for me, I like to see the difference when the students are just starting the class and in few months I see the difference, I could see their advance, it encourage me to keep going and to continue looking for more innovations results, thank you.
