I am an aerospace engineer with 6+ years of industry experience. I have a M.S in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, a B.S in Aerospace Engineering, and a B.A in Physics. I have experience both as a private tutor and as collegiate teaching assistant. Not only was I a math teacher, I have worked as an Engineer for over 10 years, so I am able to relate math to the real world. When I am working with younger clients or on more basic topics, I prefer to take a hands-on approach in reinforcing topics. My favorite part of tutoring is making math relatable. For the most part, struggles with math topics come from them being explained using a way of thinking that the student doesn't relate to.
