What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we assess the needs of the employee or group of employees. Then, we create a schedule based on employee preference. Classes begin with a live instructor, and each employee gets a customized course prepared based on job, interests and specific daily tasks that need to improve right away. Every 3 months, progress reports and meetings take place.
