Ray Salinas

I am currently a middle school special education teacher. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Psychology from Notre Dame and have since earned my Masters in Education for Long Island University in Brooklyn New York. As a special education teacher in New York City I have taught all

Subjects and have aided students with various different learning abilities. In my years of teaching I have been able to aid students strengthen their reading and writing skills through teaching them important skills and helping them to find their best learning style. I feel the one on one, focused approach can help a student to feel listened to and can help build their confidence by allowing them to learn in the way that best fits them.
