I am a certified retired teacher who is very passionate about helping students grow in their desire for learning. I have 30 years experience, working in various levels of education, from Elementary, Middle School, Community College level and also in Adult Education. Currently, I work for Lonestar College, as a scribe (notetaker) and I have excellent references.

I have over 20 years of experience working with students at all levels of Elementary School. I enjoy helping ESL students, as well as any students needing extra help. I feel that my patience and easy-going nature are a bonus.

This program is preparing me with the knowledge to provide intervention for students who demonstrate reading and spelling challenges or have been specifically identified with dyslexia.
