Dani Teaches LLC
About
Teaching is my passion; helping others is my mission. I've wanted to teach since I was about 10 years old and have now been teaching for about 15 years in a variety of settings from Elementary to Young Adults.
I have experience in Elementary Education (i.e. Reading Interventions, ELAR, ESL, Special Education, Behavior Programming, Leadership & Team Training, etc.) and Secondary High School Education (i.e. Special Education Instruction & IEP Writing, Life Skills Adult Vocational Training, 18+ Transition Programming, Case Manager, Curriculum Developer, Functional Technology for Adult Living, etc.)
As I said, I love to help others. The first step I take in helping a client is assessing their needs and current skill level. I am organized and thorough. I like to take my time with each client to make sure I am not only providing what they’re looking for, but also going above and beyond their expectations for a quality enriched experience.
I received my Bachelor’s in Elementary & Special Education from Sam Houston State University in 2009. I recently received my Master’s in Educational School Counseling from St. Thomas University in 2023. I believe in whole-child instruction that targets developmental and educational needs.
Although many of my experiences have been in specialized areas, I am able to adapt my skills to meet my learner's needs. If you need a great tutor who is compassionate and operates in excellence, look no further!
