I am a Pre-Med student that has been tutoring for 3 years now. I am backed by multiple references, which I implore you to contact, in order to hear of the quality of my services. I provide support for my students during tutoring hours and outside of them ad well. I understand the importance of in person teaching in order to have a hands on learning experience for a student.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to learn the strengths and weaknesses of my students. I aid one strengthening weaknesses and reinforce strengths. It is crucial for me to get to know my students well as well- their likes and dislikes. With this information I can formulate a teaching plan best suited for each student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been tutoring for five and a half years now. I have helped many students with a wide variety of subjects. I have even worked with students with ADHD.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Not really, I believe every student and situation is different and am willing to work with them. My pricing is usually around $40/per hour, but don't be afraid to message me with any inquiries!
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when a school I went to needed tutors for elementary students. I knew many of the kids and jumped at the opportunity to provide them the aid they need.
What types of students have you worked with?
A wide range. Students that don't enjoy learning, students that aren't fond of learning, students that love to learn but can't grasp a concept, students with learning disabilities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love to foster animals, and recently fostered a mama and baby cats. It was very heartwarming to see the babies grow and go to loving families.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher that works with you and is encouraging. Anyone that makes the student comfortable and excited to learn will make a great tutor.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I believe a student should not have to think their question through before asking. Every questions is valuable and holds a key to better insight. I want my students to ask me any questions-regardless of how seemingly small.
