What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In my first meeting with a new student, I like to go through a short diagnostic test to identify a student's strengths and areas for improvement. From there I seek to develop a deeper understanding of how a student likes to learn so I can adjust accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's from Washington University in St. Louis and have worked with dozens of high school students as they prepare for the transition to college.
