Spanish Tutoring CenTX

I am a language learner who finds all languages and cultures very interesting. My passion is bringing language and cultural understanding to students in a way that is interesting and engaging. I have a degree in Spanish and a Masters in Adult Education. I have taught Spanish to English speakers for 7 years and each year I learn more too! I love to empower my students to direct their own learning. Together we find ways to make connections to the language and culture that are personal and long lasting. Speaking another language can be scary as you get older but it is possible to learn a new language at any age. I build interactive lessons and incorporate game-based learning to engage my students and overcome the fear of making mistakes because our mistakes help us learn. I look forward to working with you!
