I am a passionate counselor that has started working with students in recovery. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am compassionate about the individuals that I work with and work at their own pace. I believe in empowering students to identify barriers and start their path toward educational and personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I use an initial assessment to identify strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. The student and I collaborate on a plan that we will use as a framework for tutoring sessions. We also discuss school related trauma related to negative self beliefs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychogy and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have a history of working with a wide range of clients including students with disabilities.

I charge $40 per hour.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students that are high functioning and students that have been diagnosed with processing disorders and neuro developmental disorders.
