Ankita's

I’m a current fourth-year student at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Statistics and Data Science while completing the pre-medical curriculum. I have served as a Learning Assistant for chemistry and physics courses, where I helped students understand challenging concepts, work through practice problems, and become more confident in their abilities. I have also tutored students through a nonprofit organization, which strengthened my ability to work with students from different backgrounds and adapt my teaching style to their individual needs.

I also have personal experience navigating the college application process and was accepted into multiple top universities. I can assist students with developing a strong overall application, organizing deadlines, brainstorming and revising essays, and effectively presenting their academic achievements and extracurricular experiences.

As a tutor, I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I am patient, approachable, and committed to explaining concepts in clear and manageable ways. Rather than simply giving students answers, I help them understand the reasoning behind each step so they can develop lasting knowledge and become more independent, confident learners.
