What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I determine the student's reading level. We begin just below that level, this is known as the student's independent level. I do this for student success and student - tutor rapport. Next, we ease into the student's instructional level and progress from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-27 years teaching experience.
