What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first meeting is to find out where they have a problem. This may require administering a test. Once I determine where the problem areas are, then I develop a study guide and timeline for achieving specific milestones. I will then start to tutors the student for him/her to gain proficiency in those areas. I will conduct regular tests to ensure the student is understanding what is being taught
