Spiffy Tutoring

Hey, my name is Ash! Let me tell you a little bit about me. I have attended summer sessions at prestigious universities and several workshops, specifically those focused on English and Language Arts. I am strong-willed and will make sure, one way or another, your student is reliably knowledgeable in the subject that they once left much to be desired in. I tend to start by talking to the student or parent to gauge the level they're at; from there, the lesson plan is based on them entirely. I attempt to implement semi-strict (but very doable) time limits and deadlines in an attempt to help instill good time management skills when it comes to work. I always meet my students where they're at and build from there at a pace that is appropriate for them, with quizzes and such along the way to ensure they're on the correct path and trajectory that will set them up for success. I will tutor anywhere from 1st grade to high school seniors for a flat rate that I am open to negotiating.
