Grayson Tutoring

I consider myself an easy-going and engaging conversationalist with a significant background in mathematics, physics, programming, and electronics design. During my undergraduate career, I served as a teaching assistant for multivariate calculus and proof-based analysis within the University of Chicago's Department of Mathematics, so I also have experience working with students in an academic setting. I am eager to share my knowledge to help others succeed and passionate about introducing others to the power of mathematical thinking. I hold a B.S. degree in mathematics and a B.A degree in physics from the University of Chicago, where I graduated Cum Laude in 2019. Since then, I have been working as a technologist on the ATLAS Experiment at CERN's Large Hadron Collider. As such, I have developed and maintained a high level understanding of topics in physics and mathematics, including calculus, linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and thermodynamics to name a few. But I have always had a natural fascination with and propensity for mathematical enterprises.

Besides physics and math, I also have a strong understanding of high school level biology and chemistry, computer programming, and English literature. I would also be more than happy to engage in lessons relating to writing, reading comprehension, and basic computer programming.
