About

My name is Heather Victorino. I have a music school and also provide private tutoring and homeschool services.

I have a bachelor's in Education with a minor in music and a Master's degree in curriculum and adminitration with a specialization in reading and writing.

I have 10 years of classroom experience Pre-K through 12th grade and have taught private music lessons for 5 years from ages 3 to 85. I teach voice, piano, guitar, theory, and songwriting. I also specialize in stage presence and performance. I believe that all students learn differently and I truly take the time needed to get to know my students and accomodate my teaching to their learning style in both academics and music.

I believe my flexible teaching style and outgoing personality sets me apart from other teachers. I believe learning should be fun and I take pride in the fact that I am able to work with all students of all ages.

    We just hired Heather and had our first lesson with her yesterday! She is tutoring my daughter in reading and writing. She is helping with reading comprehension, reading fluency, vocabulary, and homework. Our first lesson was outstanding. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and explained things to her in such a kind and patient manner. She was enthusiastic about teaching and captured my daughter’s attention for the full 45 minutes! My daughter asked Heather, “when can I see you again?” At the end of their lesson. We will be seeing Heather twice a week. My daughter asked me last night if she could read the bedtime story before bed and before Miss Heather, she hated reading out loud. I am so pleased with Heather and so glad we found her!

    We just hired Heather as a private tutor and had our first two lessons with her and she is the best teacher my Morgan has ever had. She is so kind and encouraging. We initially hired her for reading and writing help but my Morgan starts voice lessons and Piano lessons with her next week and she is so excited! We love you, Heather!

    Heather has homeschooled my child since he was in 4th grade. He is a senior this year and he would have not made it this far without Miss Heather. She tutors my son in English and History. My son is high functioning autistic and Heather found what worked for him and allowed him to soar. She made learning fun and her kindness and patience made my son feel safe with her.

    I actually work with Heather in the music scene. She is absolutely phenomenal on stage. Her voice is insane and I knew I wanted to work with her. I am not the most confident with my singing skills but I have improved more with her in the past 4 lessons than I ever did with any vocal coach I have had in the past.     I have a Bachelor's in education with a minor in music and a Master's Degree in curriculum and administration with a specialization in reading and writing. I am also a full time and professional musician- singer/songwriter. I am a 6X award winning Artist in Nashville. 

    Fall/Winter Rates

    Tutoring (30-45 minute sessions)

    once a week- $40

    2 times a week- $75

    3 times a week- $105

    4 times a week-$150

    Voice, Piano, Guitar Lessons (30 minute lesson to 50 minute lesson) 

    Once a week- $60

    2 times a week- $105

    3 times a week-$165

    4 times a week- $225

    Music bundles(voice lessons, piano, guitar, songwriting, theory) 

    •once a week- $60 per session

    •Twice a week- $105 (normally $120 weekly) 

    •Three times a week- $165 (normally $180 weekly) 

    • Four times a week- $225 (normally $240 weekly) 

    Family bundle- ($10 weekly sibling or parent discount) $50 per week for 1, 30 minute lesson per person (normally $120 per week, $60pp)

    I have been singing since before I could talk. But I started taking lessons when I was 5 in both voice and piano and then picked up guitar after that. I always knew I wanted to be a musician but I have always had a love for teaching as well. After college, I decided to open a music school and private tutoring business so I could fulfill my purpose. Now I am able to tutor in all subject areas and also teach music lessons all day. 

    I have worked with students from all different backgrounds and ages. My youngest student was 3 years old and my oldest student is 85 years old. I have taught students on all academic levels and no musical background as well. I have also taught 3 autistic children and one of my students has been with me for 9 years for both homeschooling and music lessons.
