As my career, I have been teaching Kindergarten for five years. I have a master degree in Elementary Education from The University of Phoenix. I would love to tutor and help keep those needed elementary skills fresh. I can provide tutoring virtually or in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I like to give an assessment to see where the student is academically so I know exactly what the student needs to work on. I also like to get to know about the students interests for motivation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Masters in Elementary Education and have taught Kindergarten for 5 years.
How did you get started teaching?
Before teaching, I was an Educational assistant in a Pre-K classroom. My principal at the time saw the potential I had and decided to give me the opportunity to teach in my own classroom. Throughout the years, I have taught and learned so much from experience and my masters program.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students ages 5-7. I have also worked with some ESL students.
