Hello, my name is Yasmina!
I have recently graduated high school and am incredibly excited to start my university experience. Throughout high school, I have partaken in honors and 6+ AP courses. My speciality is social study courses, however, I have maintained a strong academic standing in all of my classes with a weighted GPA of 4.6.
I am bilingual in Russian and English and have a SC State Billiteracy Certification to reflect my qualifications and allows me to work with ESL students. I also co-founded the Ambassador Program at James F. Byrnes alongside Jena Ford (ESOL teacher).
This summer, I will be tutoring part-time while working as an intern for the Mayors Office in the Town of Reidville. Over the years, I have assisted many of my friends and other classmates academically and would love to continue! The income from tutoring will be directed towards helping my parents pay for my university tuition.
