About
Current Medical Student who has been tutoring life sciences courses, such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, and test preparations (MCAT, ACT, etc.), for five years. I have been a tutor at the University of Michigan for the science learning center, where I helped over 250 students achieve excelling grades in upper-level science courses, such as Biochemistry and Physical Chemistry.
I enjoy seeing progress in my students and I love when my students return with positive and constructive feedback on how my strategies helped them excel on an exam or standardized examination. I enjoy helping my students become the best equipped scholar in the field they would like to receive help in.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would like to figure out what the student needs help with before I begin working with the new student. Resources such as his/her class syllabus or intended agenda for an upcoming test would be ideal and helpful in working with the new student to ensure success in their curriculum.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. In addition, I am a current first year medical student at VCOM. I also have over five years of experience in tutoring for life sciences, including at my University as an undergrad and currently as a medical student.
