I love to learn and thus love to help others further their education through a deeper understanding of the subject material at hand. I really enjoy a more casual, no stress environment when I tutor. Humor and a good attitude are definitely staples of tutoring with me. I like to have open discussions, examples, and outside resources ready for all students of mine. I like to work with students to create customized learning techniques and formulate strategies for long-term success.

I enjoy helping others to cultivate a better understanding and appreciation for a subject they may not perhaps enjoy currently by helping them to learn and understand the subject more. After all, it's hard to like something you may not be good at naturally or understand completely. I love seeing a concept click with a student.
