About
I tailor each and every lesson to the unique needs and learning style of each student.
I love teaching and I find the reward of watching students grasping material after putting in the hard work to learn it and applying it to a diverse set of problems to be incredibly gratifying for both myself and the student!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get to know the student's learning style in the first few sessions and then tailor the tutoring I provide to ensure I maximize the usefulness of our time together and progressively build skill mastery from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology concentrator at Brown University
5+ years experience tutoring math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and calculus) and science (including organic and general chemistry and biology) at the high school and university levels.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I typically charge $40/hour for sessions. This is the case for both virtual and local in-person tutoring. For students outside of Providence, I also charge a travel fee which is based on the distance traveled.
How did you get started teaching?
I started as an Algebra tutor and progressed on to tutor other math and science courses from there! I now tend to focus on Chemistry and Sciences tutoring.
What types of students have you worked with?
High school students (9-12) and university students of all ages.
