Reese Landry

I am a third-generation Cuban American writer based in Rhode Island. I represent the queer community and advocate for Autism awareness on behalf of my son. My lifelong passion for writing has manifested into poetry, short fiction, and screenwriting known for authenticity and emotional depth. My goal as a writer is to inspire self-reflection, empathy, and unity by highlighting the intimate, yet universal emotional experiences that connect us all.

I am a member of the Marketing Team for the Association of Rhode Island Authors. My debut poetry collection, Hope, Love and The Lack Thereof: An Evolution of Mind, was published by The Brooklyn Writers Press last summer. I was listed as one of “Five Voices Powering RI’s Poetry Revival” in Providence Monthly Magazine. I’ve also been published in Demitasse Literary and Art Journal, Wrong Directions by Typewronger Books, Quail Bell Magazine, and The Relatable Voice Magazine
